As Barnwell Point is an LDA Cost Rental scheme, the Application Process differs from the normal Occu application process. Applications must be made online through the LDA website. Register here and follow the online instructions. Online applications only; registration of interest cannot be made by post, email or over the phone.
Registration for Barnwell Point opens at 12 noon on Thursday 18th January 2024 and closes at 12 noon on Thursday 25th January 2024.
Applicants who have also applied for previous developments may apply for Barnwell Point Apartments.

To be considered eligible for Barnwell Point, applicants combined Net Household Income must fall within the following range:

Affordability is a key criteria and is measured as rent being no more than 35% of your Net Household Income. In order to be considered for Cost Rental Housing, each applicant will be required to clearly outline how they reached the Net Household Income calculation with supporting documentation.
