Occu Hayfield

We love your furry friends at Occu and believe we are Ireland’s most pet-friendly landlord. Pets are accepted in almost all of our schemes with Landlord approval and must obey the terms of the Occu Pet Policy and House Rules. In addition to your monthly rental payment, there is a charge of €50 per month for your pet (€80 if you have two!). Occu does not request an additional security deposit for pets, instead holding only the standard four-week security deposit throughout your tenancy. Occu reserves the right to deduct an amount from this deposit for any damage to the property caused by pets.

Please note that we cannot approve applications of any restricted breeds.

Our standard residential tenancy agreement is for a twelve-month fixed-term, but we believe residents deserve security – being a professional landlord means you can stay for as long as you like without ever having to worry about being asked to leave.

Yes, however as this is a new development, planning laws mean that the number of permitted parking spaces is capped and is fewer than the number of apartments at Occu Hayfield. As such, parking spaces are subject to availability and are rented at an additional cost of €50 per month per space.

Rents vary across different apartments. Our leasing team will be able to provide you with rents for the specific apartment(s) you’re interested in at a viewing. Additional charges, such as parking charges, will also be provided to you at your viewing.

Occu has partnered with Virgin Media to provide a managed enterprise Wi-Fi and television service to our residents for €49.99 per month. The Wi-Fi offering has some unique benefits over domestic broadband, including:

• Symmetrical upload and download speeds – perfect for Zoom and Teams calls
• Battery backup – even if the power goes out, your Wi-Fi will keep running
• Dedicated internet access means the fibre connection at Occu Hayfield is only used by our residents and is not subject to congestion like domestic broadband.
• 24/7/365 Enterprise Wi-Fi Support from Virgin Media
• Fixed price and a flexible contract – the monthly price will not increase after 6 or 12 months as with many domestic broadband packages. Plus, the contract is month-to-month so you can cancel at any time with 30 days’ notice.
