Occu Cheevers: Amenities made in heaven

The first phase of our largest PRS scheme in Dublin has been released today for viewings. Once complete, Occu Cheevers & Haliday will comprise of almost 400 apartments and penthouses in Dun Laoghaire, setting a new standard for renting in Ireland. Every little detail has been thought of here to make renting easier, transparent and fun.

Working closely with our design partners at HYDE, we wanted to do something a little different to everyone else. There are three “out of this world” apartment concepts to choose from and each concept has a further three colour schemes to suit all individual tastes!

We have also spent many hours designing amenity spaces to make these homes extra special and our Resident Experience team are here and on hand to help you settle in. With WFH spaces, meeting rooms, a high spec gym, games room and coffee club, Occu is leading the way forward and innovating all the time.
