COVID-19: Latest Update

To all our residents:

We are sorry to hear that you may be experiencing financial difficulties as a consequence of the COVID-19 virus. This is a challenging and unprecedented time for everyone, and our primary focus is on the well-being of residents, staff, and the community. 

Your landlord will be taking into account the latest Government guidance in relation to tenancies, rental payments and complying with legal obligations but, at this stage, we ask that you continue the current rental payments as per your lease agreement.

We recommend that any parties who are experiencing difficulties contact the Government Department of Employment Affairs and Social Protection to ascertain what their entitlements are in terms of rent supplement (https://www.gov.ie/en/service/fb3b13-rent-supplement/) and/or unemployment benefit.
