Introducing Occu Homes

Since we started up, we’ve had so much feedback from residents that it’s “hard to find a nice apartment to rent, impossible to find a house”.

Occu has taken this on board and we are now proud to introduce the  launch of Occu Homes, which is designed to offer residents the option to rent houses. Occu Homes will still offer the great level of service and security of tenure you can expect from Occu, but now in a house rather than one of our apartments.

We hope that this will be a great addition to the portfolio and offer families in particular more space to grow and enjoy a different style of being an Occu resident. Our first Occu Homes site will be launching at Occu Cedarview in Santry with more to follow, so watch this space.
