Occu launches in the Irish PRS market

Occu, a vertically integrated residential asset management platform has launched in the Dublin PRS market with the opening of its first newly built scheme of 214 apartments in the beautiful suburb of Dun Laoghaire.

The first release of 69 apartments earlier this month was a huge success with all units fully reserved prior to launch. The second phase comprising a further 30 apartments is available for occupation in early November and is already fully booked. The last remaining units are set to be released shortly with move-in dates from early December.
