With Occu’s continued growth and expansion in Dublin, we are pleased to announce two new hires within the Occu Services team….well they are not so new, but lockdown’s stopped us getting the photos!

Derek Rooney joins as Head of Services where he is responsible for growing this area of the business, providing our residents with a better rental experience through an unrivalled and high-quality landscaping and maintenance service.

David Mulligan comes into the landscaping team with a long and successful history for all things green! Having previously worked at a number of Dublin’s most prestigious golf clubs, he brings a wealth of knowledge to the role and our plans for the future.

Both Derek and David are already getting to know many of our residents and are there to make your life easier so say hello next time you see one of our ‘Occu Rocketman’ vans around one of the many Occu locations across the city.
